With this pandemic, there could not have been a worse time for my Mum to need the services of a nursing home and it is always a big decision when you have to make it. I can’t lie, it weighed on my mind at the time. My Mum went straight to Lily Wharf from Hospital. From the moment she arrived the staff have been wonderful with her and this in itself has been a source of comfort to me knowing she is really getting looked after well. As I said with this pandemic makes thing’s like visits that much harder but the staff have been brilliant and have gone out of their way to accommodate the family with a safe visiting policy. They are always on hand even when I phone just to ask how my Mum is doing, nothing is too much trouble and I know that I made the right choice when I chose Lily Wharf. My Mum is in a pleasant environment where she is well looked after. All her needs are met and she is safe. What more can a son ask for. So a big thank you to all the staff at Lily Wharf, your efforts are appreciated.

The staff have been so very kind and caring to mum with her dementia. She has a wonderful room and her needs and tastes are catered for in a fantastic environment.
